Shipping

All orders placed before 2pm to be delivered within the UK that are in stock will be dispatched the same day. In some cases orders can still be shipped out after this time but cannot be guaranteed due to courier restrictions. We will always endeavor to get your parts shipped as soon as possible so they arrive with you in a timely manner.

If we are waiting for part of your order to arrive with us we will hold the rest of the order and then send the complete order together. If this is the case you will be notified of this via email immediately.

In most cases parts which are out of stock will be available to us for the next day. In extenuating circumstances where parts are on back order you will be notified via email with an ETA.

We calculate our shipping rates on the size and weight of your order. We will always choose the most cost effective means of shipping your order.

Next Day Delivery Via DPD:

  • Orders up to 15KG = £10.00
  • Orders over 15KG = Additional £0.45 per KG *

1200Hrs Next Day Delivery Via DPD:

  • Orders up to 15KG = £15.00
  • Orders over 15KG = Additional £0.45 per KG *

Next Day Delivery Via TNT:

  • Orders up to 15KG = £12.50
  • Orders over 15KG = Additional £0.45 per KG *

1200Hrs SaturdayDelivery Via DPD:

  • Orders up to 15KG = £25.50

* If there are any additional postage charges we will always contact you prior to booking the delivery.

For Non UK mainland and European Destinations please contact us prior to commencing to the checkout.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that deliverys are thoroughly checked for damage prior to signing the consignment paperwork or tablet PC. Any claims made for damaged delivery's will not be accepted unless the customer flags the delivery as damaged prior to singning for the goods.

Returns

HarryMooreParts.co.uk may not be held responsible for miss-ordered parts by the customer. Parts supplied in error by ourselves will be collected by us for no charge. Any parts that are being returned as not required or incorrect must be returned at the customers cost. While the goods are in transit back to us it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the parts are adequately insured on a signed delivery service.

Stock items can be returned providing a RMA form is completed within 10 days of purchase. For non-stock items any returned parts may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee at our own discretion.

Stock items will receive a full credit providing the goods are:

  • In a good re-sellable condition
  • The packaging is intact and not ripped
  • The item has not been fitted **
  • It as not been over 10 days since placing your order.

The same terms apply to non-stock items but they may also be subject to  15% re-stocking fee.

**Any items that have been fitted or show signs of fitting are classed as used items. We cannot accept fitted parts back for a full credit as these parts cannot be placed back into stock.
